HaulCrew is in development. This is how account deletion will work when the app is released.
In the app

Open HaulCrew and go to Settings.

Tap Delete my account.

If you haven't signed in within the last 10 minutes, sign in again. This protects you if someone else has your phone.

Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Can't open the app?
Email admin@haulcrew.app from anywhere and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's really you before we delete anything.
What gets deleted
Your profile, photos, posts, comments, likes, chat room messages, For Sale listings, blocks and settings.
Your license verification results and your sign-in account.
We ask Stripe to delete your verification session.
What stays, and for how long
Messages you sent to other drivers stay with them for up to 12 months; your name shows as "Deleted driver".
Reports about content keep a short text copy for 90 days.
Road reports stay without your name (they never showed it).
A one-way code made from your license state and number, so the same license can't open new accounts. It can't be turned back into your license number.
